Goodness! Where does the time go?? I feel like I’ve been racing non-stop since the beginning of June, and there are so many things happening that it’s hard to keep them all straight in my head.
Rest assured, I plan to get on top of my life eventually. I have a house update coming very soon, and some very exciting book news to share as well!

Apparently we have a circus act being practiced in our barn.
This little guy is the last of the babies currently in our barn. The others have gone off to their new homes, and he is happily enjoying being spoiled by the many mamas we have as the only child.
His actual mama has turned out to be an incredible milker, and we are enjoying goat cheese, yogurt, and milk with all our meals now. I have issues with cow milk—it makes my hand bleed, please don’t ask—and having goat dairy as a substitute has been wonderful. I can even eat pizza again without deeply regretting it later!
It’s a small miracle, but a very appreciated one.
