There’s something special about watching Opa build a house for you.

I’ve been MIA lately, but only because we’re snowed under trying to get the house finished. The last details are sliding into place and a few key things—it’s the plumbing—have been delayed, pushing our move in date back.

But we’re trying! Honestly, I don’t expect to get my head above water until after we move in, so until then, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and if things don’t get themselves sorted pretty quick here, Happy Fourth of July!

Okay, that’s a bit dramatic.
