Oh, hey, look. That’s my name in a magazine.

Yup. I’ve got a monthly column being published in the Clubhouse magazine now. It’s been so fun! I’ve loved writing something a little different, and getting into the head of one of my favorite characters.

Most of all, I’ve loved seeing my career grow. Little by little, I’m expanding my portfolio and trying new things. It’s been such a privilege to reach a place in my writing career where I’m being offered opportunities freely instead of begging for them.

I begged a lot at the beginning of my career. Most of the time, I got ignored.

I’m very glad to be out of that stage.

Granted, if I was still asking, I would still be getting ignored a large majority of the time. But let’s be honest. I have more work than I can juggle, and that’s enough for me. Gotta be realistic about work loads when you’re pregnant.

Right now, I’ll just enjoy that monthly column.
